    • Lunch at Dobbin House on Steinwehr AvenueAfter lunch at Dobbin House, you will have the afternoon visiting the shops and museums on Steinwehr Avenue and Baltimore Pike on your own. This is an area of concentrated small historic venues, museums and shops, and there are plenty of interesting sights, however none are large enough to comfortably hold our entire group at once. A typical charge for some of the museums and attractions here would be $6.00 per person.

    • Grand Army of the Republic Hall – The GAR was a veterans group similar to the American Legion, which was formed in 1866 to protect and serve the interests of those who fought in the Civil War.

    • Light Lunch at the Pike Restaurant
    • Seminary Ridge Museum Tour – Gettysburg’s newest museum, located on the Lutheran Theological Seminary campus, is in an area that was part of the battlefield, and was used by both sides during the battle.A docent accompanied tour to the Seminary cupola where General Buford observed the approaching Confederate forces is available for $20.00 each, payable at the museum. Reservations are necessary, and the tour is limited to 10 persons at a time. The cupola area is not handicapped accessible, and good shoes are recommended. Please enter the number of your party interested in this additional tour on the event signup sheet.
