Richard C. Fuhrmann

Born and raised in North Brunswick, NJ, he had been a resident of Florida since 1972 coming from Colts Neck, NJ.

He was a devoted husband to his late wife Grace H. Fuhrmann for 42 years, loving father to their 4 children and hardworking businessman for many years. His passion in life was family and boating and was well known for his sense of humor. He was a Navy Vet who served as a Signalman on the USS Lloyd Thomas during the Korean War.

Survivors include his loving partner of 15 years, Patricia Van Wie; 3 daughters, Lynne (Mike) Corcione, Ginny Lubinski and Janet (Sam) Anderson; 1 son, Ken Fuhrmann; 9 cherished grandchildren; 10 precious great-grandchildren and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made in his memory to Wounded Warriors, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 23, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458. A Committal Service followed at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Road, Tequesta, FL 33469.

Dick was a regular attendee at our reunions.
